Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policy:

Orders placed after 5pm CST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours.
We ship via USPS.
All options are provided via checkout. 

STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders placed using this service will typically arrive within 3-

5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and

federal holidays). You will be able to track your order through

USPS. 

PRIORITY SHIPPING

Orders placed using this service will typically arrive within 2-

3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and

federal holidays). You will be able to track your order through

USPS.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping option to this option please email our CS team to request this option and we will invoice you the difference. Please email us as soon as the order is placed. 

OVERNIGHT (EXPRESS) SHIPPING

Orders placed using this service will arrive the following day

if placed before 12:00 PM PST. If the order is placed after

12:00 PM PST with this service, it will arrive 1 day after the

following day (excluding weekends, public holidays, and

federal holidays).

If you would like to upgrade your shipping option to this option please email our CS team to request this option and we will invoice you the difference. Please email us as soon as the order is placed.

We are unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it, but will try our best to work with you on getting you taken care of.

It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, we will contact you with 3 options. We can exchange it for something else, give you an online store credit or issue you a refund (in the case we have sold out of the item) within 7 business days of delivered or received date.

Return Policy:

Don’t love your purchase from us? Not to worry, you have 7 days from
your delivery date to return for a store gift card. Items should only be
returned if the item is unworn and in its original condition – if not, we
cannot issue the store gift card.


WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Return fee is covered by the customer.

ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED! 


Sale items, shoes, accessories, bodysuits & swimwear are all Final Sale
and may not be returned under any circumstances – these are yours to
keep.

 

RETURN FAQS

HOW LONG AFTER RECEIVING MY ORDER CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

You have up to 7 days to return your order after the day it was delivered. If
you return your order after the 7 day time period, it will not be accepted.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item,
we would recommend returning the unwanted item back to us and using your
store gift card to place a new order.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

We currently do not offer refunds for unwanted orders. You will, however,
receive a gift card via e-mail that you can use at any point to make another
purchase!

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN? 

Please allow up to 10 business days for your items to be returned back to us.
Our Returns Department will send you a confirmation e-mail once your return
has been received and processed. If you have not heard any communication
from us after the 10 business day timescale, please contact us at
dimecolb@gmail.com however, these things take time so please be patient!

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, HOW SHOULD I GO ABOUT RETURNING IT?

If you received the wrong item, firstly, we apologize e-mail
dimecolb@gmail.com with your order number, incorrect item, and what
you are missing from your order. We will take care of you!
